At Favikon, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service.
  • You canceled your subscription but were still charged.
  • You requested cancellation before the renewal date, but the charge went through.
  • Other exceptional cases at our discretion.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form. This ensures we have all necessary details to process your request efficiently. Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you within 14 business days.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take up to 14 business days for us to initiate the refund.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take an additional 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Services that have already been fully used.
  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless required by law.
  • Requests made beyond 30 days of the transaction date.

Subscription Cancellation

If you no longer wish to use Favikon, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. However, canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless one of the eligible reasons applies.
